I know I do. I am finally snapping out of that phase right now.
It has always been my environment, but at this young age, it isn't always the best thing to do. But then I know others are at home alot.
Well I feel that I spent a little more than I needed. I probably didn't spend enough time outside the house and even walk around the neighborhood or park. They were there, I didn't take advantage. I feel this may have been an unhealthy thing.
I can give advice with experience. If you stay at home and feel comfortable there, then stay. If you want to leave, leave. If you want to spend time away from the home. The yes go, excercise, go on a trip, or something. If it is making you feel down and wearing you out, then go out and workout, even if you say you "can't". No misery, I made that mistake at a young age. Though I feel that many youngsters feel miserable anyways. Regardless of their lifestyle.
My only mistake was dwelling too much on things at home that I needed to get out and workout more. That would've relieved a lot of stress in me. But I didn't and now I feel it wasted time and caused some scars. This is where being at home too much can drive people nuts.
I could've worked but that is just another wasted rant.
I spend a lot of time at home, But I don't think it's too much, If I went out anymore, I would get stressed and tired.
