This is a popular thread on the music site I belong to. Similar to "Post the song you are listening to", this gives a spectrum and can show the music tastes of us all. Simply set your mp3 player to random or shuffle [you can do this also with selected genres] and see what happens!

For added effect, it is an idea to CAPITALIZE your favourite choice and ITALICIZE your least favourite... the next person can comment on the previous person's list etc etc and so it goes on, just like life really!
