What time do you normally go to bed and what time do you normally get up?

During my University time, I believe that I visit my happy bed at approximately 22.00 and awaken at approximately 6.45, if a happy lecture or seminar is present at 9.15. Or, if there is no happy lecture present, I visit my happy bed at approximately 22.00-23.00 and awaken at approximately 7.30-9.00.

I go to bed at 23:00 and get up at 07:30 (my meds make me tired so I don't always get up at that time), but when I start university soon, I expect to be going to bed at 23:00 and getting up at 06:30

I don't have a bed time. I'm not some little kid.

I do not believe that this little topic implies that you have been set a bed time by an authority, but rather is asking for vague times that you often fall asleep by your own free will.

I fall asleep between 10 PM and midnight.

I usually wake up at 6:30 AM, though sometimes I sleep in till 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM. It all depends on my mom's schedule - If she has to go to work I wake up early so I can visit with her, but if she has the day off, I sleep in.

For about a month I experimented with a completely nocturnal lifestyle, but it was too much of a hassle. I'm happier going to bed early and waking up early like the rest of my family.

I'm the early to bed, early to rise type. I go to bed at 10 or 11 and I wake up at 7. I don't like staying up really late because I can't concentrate on anything.

I usually go to sleep at 10:00 P.M. and wake up at 6:45 A.M.

Go to bed between 3am and 6am, wake from 12pm and 3pm.

Always in my jammies and in bed by eleven. I can fall asleep with the TV on, it is usually on the CI channel...

I don't really have a seclude but I tend to go to bed around 5/6 in the morning & I'll wake up around 1pm but as I said I don't really have a schedule but that's probably the most often

1:00 AM, sometimes 2:00 AM.

I aim to go to bed by 11, but it's usually around 12:30 or 1. I get up around 7 if I have work, 8 or 9 if I don't.
