QI (Quite interesting) is a comedic British trivia quiz on BBC2 presented by Stephen Fry and four contestants, including Alan Davies, where a siren goes off when a fallacy is said, and it is just so funny!

Some funny (at least to me) quotes:

Stephen Fry: What are Bot's Dots? (some green dots appear on a big screen)
Rich Hall: (looks at the dots) Are those Bot's Dots?
Stephen Fry: No, they're there just to give you an idea of what a dot looks like.

"How many sand grains are there in a desert?"
"There are quite a few."

QUITE RUDE THIS ONE:
Stephen Fry: Do we have a cuckoo in our pants?
Jo Brand: No, but I have a big cock in my pants!

A very nicely different programme. Its antecedants probably come from Radio 4
Not quite a "Brain of Britain", not quite "I'm sorry I haven't a clue"

And "Round Britain Quiz" was always its own thing anyway.

I love QI. I always end up telling people the quite interesting things I learnt from it like the first soup ever made was hippo soup. Most people don't think they are as interesting as I do.

Technically the Second World War ended inm 1990 when Germany didn't exist until the Berlin wall was knocked down.

QI = best programme there is currently on British TV (except the snooker when it's on), IMO. Except I'd much prefer if they weren't crude ...
