Who has fears I promise I won't laugh
my fears are abnormal

Ever since I was little I have had a fear of rainbows
there just big and scary and i feel like there going to fall on
top of me. They freak me out.

I have no problem with spiders or any bugs i think there cute
esspesialy stick bugs...but I am scared of horses there
big and strong and i feel like there going to kick me
i tried petting one and the horse almost bit me

Up untill I was 11 I thought ET would come out of the toilet
when I flused it and beetlejuice lived under the sink
i kind of think that was funny when i look back on it.....

Barry's fears:

seeing the doctor

spiders, wasps, bees, daddy-long-legs

going in tight spaces like underneath cars, beds etc

going up and down stairs in the dark (automatically expect someone/thing to touch me, grab my legs etc)

my hamster biting me (even though it never has) [i've been bitten previously by hamsters and it is not a nice feeling; they go deep]

being crapped on by a bird on the head/face

the number 13 on volume of tv (i can't leave it on 13)

Dark clouds

road junctions (when walking)

sex (i've neally had sex twice but backed out)

gradual death (suffocating, drowning underwater etc)

the phone ringing unexpectidly

being asked questions about my life (since i haven't really done anything exciting)

playing pool if being watched

babies/children

losing friends

my dog getting attacked by another

plane journeys (been abroad once to menorca, journey there and back i was terrified of the plane crashing)

waking up with no feelings in limbs

and more

my biggest fear is really dumb. i have always been afraid of things crawling into my bellybutton. I can't use public restrooms because of a story i heard when i was a little girl and i am very afraid of being alone in my house(not my room). This is also becaue of something that happened as a child. Sharp objects, too, and other things i cannot think of. But i love bugs oi n all forms. they are very fun to watch.

What about flying things, guys?

I hate the buzzing noises flying insects make and when they hit a light bulb :(

The bugs hitting the lights has never bothered me but both of my friends hate it, or at least they act like they do they never actually said anything to me about it.

That's a really good one actually. If you ever saw it, I bet that scene in the Matrix where that thing goes in Neo's bellybutton must have been impossible to watch.

Mine: Spiders... especially jumping spiders.

I am terrified of needles, especially if I am to be getting my blood drawn. The last time it happened, I had to be tied to a chair, and when I couldn't get away I passed out.

I am also very wary and rather scared by any bird larger than a duck (or one that I'm not allowed to chase) due to some very bad experiences with a swan and a crane when I was younger.

I highly dislike/slightly fear cats, especially orange tabbies, because as a small child I was attacked often by two different orange tabby tomcats. I have largely gotten over this one around all other colors of cat, though.

I am afraid of being wrong on a subject or having to admit that I don't know, especially to peers.

I am also terrified of needles. I am afraid of the dentist. But my second biggest fear/s (#1 is needles) are alligators/crocodiles/anything like that as well as snakes. those go togther so i categorize them as one fear. I hate rubber snakes/real snakes/snakes on tv/snakes in a book (just when it's a picture book). There's this stuffed alligator in my garage, which i just found over this past weekend and freaked out. Oh, and this one time when I went to Disney World and went on that Jungle Cruise. I love the ride, don't get me wrong, but there are alligators there, and there's this home video of me holding my face when we get to the alligator part.

Ken Livingstone freaks me out. If I happen to see a picture of his face on the Internet, at any point durring the day, I can't sleep that night. Most of you know me well enough to know my reasons.

i remember one more. I am afraid of hurting my neck or back i jump a lot but lways think about it. Not my strongest fear but still is a fear. i had back surgery a few years ago and i don't want it again.

I'm scared of some old man poking his head through my bedroom window too, which is why I keep my window and curtain closed all the time. I dont care if my room is smelly and dark :P .
Thunder and lightning, being stared at, germs of course. I hate things that are sticky or greasy.
Spiders are a grey area for me. I dont like looking at them or going near them but I like them enough not to squash them or spray them with bug spray. I like all insects :)

Spiders, bees, wasps, crickets, cicadas, and pretty much all other insects.

I'm also afraid of suffocating, falling (from a height), getting lost, the dentist, not being able to tell the time, dark mirrors, small children, small spaces, and lots of other things...

Interesting stuff. The matrix scene poped in my head when the belly button was mentioned as well.. :)

I dont like walking around in the dark alone, I feel like someone/something is following me...and I get quite panicked at times, other times I do fine.

I am scared of math and anything to do with it, has a lot to do with my experiences in school im sure.

I dont like heights, small spaces or anything confining.

Oh did I mention people are a big fear of mine? :P

Blood. I don't know if you can call it a fear, per se. It used to not bother me. But now when I see it flowing out of an open wound (shudders) in any great volume, I get queezy, sick and feel like I'm going to pass out.

The crazy thing is, my major in undergrad was forensic science. I've been to the body farm, seen numerous autopsies where cadavers got dissected. I've seen things pretty rotten with maggots and such, then eaten lunch right afterwards. So it's not like I don't have a strong stomach. No problem, right?

Wrong. I'm not afraid of needles, getting injured, having blood taken (as long as I look away) or even the idea that I'm going to see blood, but as soon as I see a serious injury (where blood is flowing out) or if you were to flip on the surgery channel I would be like, "Whoa. That's co..." **thud**
