ive heard that hashish can worsen your depression, and if it does, can Zoloft or any other anti-depressant get rid of that?

I heard from my psychiatrist that marijuana worsen your depression contrary to popular view but its effect only lasts 8 hours and then it is gone. I also read the same thing in a psychiatry book but the reference is in the broken computer.

I only used marijuana three times, about nineteen years ago, and it made me more depressed, trashed my short term memory, and increased my paranoia. Marijuana has a very long half life, so I would expect the after effects to last longer than eight hours... they did for me.

I don't know if zoloft would help with those symptoms. It never helped me.
