What state is this in, and what moron is running this school district. The district will spend a ton on legal fees fighting this, and that's taxpayer money. If I lived there, whether I had kids or not, I'd be none too happy my tax dollars were going to fund a legal battle over this. What is their objection to the dog? What does it cost them? There's got to be more going on here. If this is nothing more than some pissing contest, then shame on them for starting it.
