Does anyone else use the Specific Carb diet

I have been on this heath diet for 5 month to help my Asperger's and stomach problems. I am wondering if anyone on this site has tried it.

More info? I'm trying to research all the various carb controlled/restricted diets, and want to know more.

I was just reading about a guy who went on an almost exclusively potato diet.

Its been going really good for me. This one seems the best one that I have found.
