As the title suggests...what are some sequels that you really, really hope someone out there will make?

My list is as follows:

-District 9 sequel (District 10?)
-28 Months Later
-maaaaaybe Inception 2

What about you?

CHARLIE AND THE GREAT GLASS ELEVATOR (I wanted that since the Gene Wilder version. I think they could probably make a more realistic one now.)

How about series two of the remake of V, I have seen the first series of the remake of V and it was very good.

Sadly many remakes seem to be a pale shadow of the originals but in the case of V it was better the second time around.

A sequel to the 1982 movie "E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial" could potentially be very good.

OP, you are in luck. They are making 28 Months Later.

Which makes me want a Shaun of the Dead sequel! Probably wouldn't be as good.

I second Great Glass Elevator; I always preferred that to Chocolate Factory.

I have always, always wanted a Labyrinth sequel. I've never felt finished with the world or the story. Obviously that will never happen.

Wall-E was great. I'd love to see a sequel. It's Disney, so I bet that dream comes true.

Yes for Serenity, although I personally would prefer a second season of Firefly... The other two though? You have terrible taste in film...

Wall-E was Pixar. And Pixar rarely ever does Sequels unless they are absolutely sure it can top the original.

To the original poster, I agree with 23 months later.

I think the other two listed hold up perfectly on their own and, if sequels we made, might suffer from Matrix Syndrome.

Sequels I would like to see: I agree with another Ocean's 11 Film, and Jumper. They rocked.

I have none that I can think of that I would love to see made, except maybe a new Salt movie, and another The Librarian or Indiana Jones movie.

I would like to see another Simpsons movie and maybe another South Park movie. For the Simpsons movie there should be more screen time for the characters that had less screen time in the first movie and Mr Burns should be the movie's villain.

Just the same, I'd really love to see a sequel to The Incredibles.

Seconded. Although, Tim Burton has already said that he isn't making it. Come to think of it, he has never made a sequel to anything he's directed, which makes me sad (though given the quality of most sequels, maybe I should be thankful instead).

Therefore I have little hope that there will be a sequel to the 2010 Alice in Wonderland movie, even though that's something I would really love to see.
