YouTube does feature a few parodies on atheism, but they're just as moronic as all those creationist parodies on evolution. I'm afraid humor requires some intelligence, unless it's unintentional. If you want to see some really funny Christian videos, you should watch those meant to be serious

Shame some people take themselves seriously. I know I used to, and to counter this I suggest reinventing oneself from the inside out. Vanilla Ice, once the loser of the rapper world, did this, and now it is harder to tease him, except in the past tense.

I think the real issue is just figuring out how to do it. Atheists, don't have the same institutional arrangements (or even the degree of stupidity) as fundamentalism, which makes for a difficulty. Instead, one would likely have to find various positions take by atheist thinkers to mock, such as the "religion is child abuse" crack made in the past.
A lot of the parodies done though do focus on a specific kind of theism, that is fundamentalist Christianity. Liberal Christians usually aren't impacted, and could easily laugh alongside the atheists.
That being said, regardless of how one wants to look at it, fundamentalism is actually a bit brain dead, and... so, it is really really easy to mock.

lol I wanna make a thread parodying atheism and challenging common arguments. As an atheist I can't stand people scapegoating religion for all the world's ills or acting like they're super logical. Ugghhh that whole super logical crap is what repulses me the most. I can logically argue that the world is flat, but I guess the logic would collapse under the weight of it's own premise wouldn't it? 
Kinda like how the premise of God's existence would result in being inconclusive...
Would that make me agnostic? No I just don't have any reason to believe in God so far...
@ Awesomelyglorious: Yeaahh while atheism isn't as institutionalized, it wouldn't be hard to take common arguments since there are a lot of foaming at the mouth atheists out there.

Yeah, the scapegoating religion for ALL ills thing is also something that could be criticized. The "super logical element" is also something that could easily be parodied.
