Anyone wear hats?

Not exactly sure the reason why but I began wearing hats when I started High School.

Later I found it made me feel less exposed, It's like a slight shield for the eyes for when I'm feeling particularly sensitive, as many of you can relate to the feelings of eye contact.

When it comes to going out in public, around lots of people I haven't been without a hat for years.

Anyone else wear hats or have something similar?

I LOVE hats but they itch my head, especially my forehead, so much when I wear them

I wear beanies. I'm told they look good on me.

I'm almost never without one either. Sometimes it's one specifically for the cold, sometimes one with a peak if it's really sunny out.

Only in the winter. In the summer they make my head sweat profusely.

I find hats to be uncomfortable. I got a Jayne hate for xmas and really would like to wear it, but I don't know if I will be able to.

i like beanie hats as well. really warm and comfy.

i find though, that i am sensitive to whatever chemicals are used on it. if i have been wearing it for a while and my head heats up i will get really itchy.

want one made of organic wool or hemp, but not got the spare money.

Antique, beaver felt top hats are a staple of my wardrobe.

I don't wear hats very often. I really have issues with things on my head. About the only time I can deal s when I'm in snow temps.

As a word of caution, by buying fur you are funding these types of practices

I have a plaid cap that I'll wear when the mood strikes me.

When I was a kid I would constantly wear a hat. I was once forced to take my hat off in some snooty restaurant. But yeah I'd constantly wear one. I had a collection of about 20 or 30.

Now I just mess my hair up a lot and a hat ruins that. If it's really hot I've got two hats to choose from. One is khaki and sort of like Maos and the other is black with white pinstripes and a white star on it. My mum got that one from Seattle for me.
I just ordered an Autism Rainbow Day hat too.

I wear an oil-canvas "fisherman's" style hat, or knitted / fleece winter hats. I hate getting my hair wet, and hats are so much easier than umbrellas, plus they turn with your head unlike jacket hoods.

I rarely wear hats. Only time really is in the summer when the sun gets too bright (cap) or in winter when my ears get too cold,,,

I like hats.
