So what's everyone doing?

We really need to come up with an alternative. Sick of this f*****g holiday. Seems designed to rub in our faces how happy all those stupid couples are. Time for a new holiday, which I shall call "f**k You Day"

i'm in a very happy relationship and we shall be doing...nothing special at all.

the day before; my female friend and I are having a 'f**k valentines day, day.' because she's newly single.

I have no idea what my boyfriend will be doing on Valentine's day... it's a Monday so I'll be spending the evening playing board games with university friends, same as I do pretty much every Monday evening during term time.

Don't worry - the couples who pay attention to it are probably more stressed about it than happy.

My boyfriend and I will be doing nothing...because we are very very poor this month
Even if we weren't poor we'd not be doing anything special, not just because we focus on our anniversary (7th Feb) which is infinitely more important, but because I don't like doing what I'm supposed to...least of all expected affection topped off with tacky cards and soft toys

You could do what I used to do for Valentines day - horror movie and cheesy 70's porn day

"f**k you day" should be on the 14th feb every year

I think just having a "me" day is good, pampering the self. Also spend time with kittens.

I'm going to be drinking myself silly in memory of my late lover Emily. She won't be here to enjoy it so I have to enjoy it for her. v_v It'll be a fun night.
