I was on it for a month and it was the worst month of my life! All the foods I liked were eliminated and I could eat all the foods that I didn't like. I couldn't eat wheat, but I could eat meat from some places. (I ate a lot of meat at this time). I found that for me, it made it worse. One of my main aspie traits is being a picky eater. I don't think I have Celiac disease or anything like that. In fact, I don't think I can remember one time in my life when I have had a stomachache.
If you think finding gluten free food is hard now, you should have tried it a decade OK (I tried in 2001, nearly 10 years ago) There wasn't one thing on the market that was gluten free.
Didn't work for me. Rare, I know. But true.
