Do you get extreme hyperactivity, and how do you deal with it? Does it ever turn into panic attacks? Do you find it annoying or nice to experience?

I stim like a mad-woman. Pace, run, shake my leg, whatever..

YES, it is anxiety that needs to be released. Regular, intense exercise is that keeps my mind sane and my hyper-activity down.

When I get hyperactive, I do what kfisherx does. It tends to happen to me when I'm overstimulated or full of anxiety, sometimes both at the same time.

I get hyperactive really randomly. Suddenly I just can't focus on anything and need to move around. When I had a dog I'd chase and be chased by her. Or I'd bark at her and she's bark back and chase me. Now I just go and see what my cats are doing.
I used to jump around and stim a lot when I got hyper. Usually I just release my hyperactivity by exercising.

Cannabis across my neurons slows me down nicely, otherwise I exercise or pace.

I try and hide it lol. I am on ritalin and when it wears off I can get really hyper but I try not to show it because I can get annoying pretty fast without meaning to. It does annoy me more so because I am limited on how much ritalin I can take a day so I feel bad more so for those around me because I cant do anything about the hyperness if I have already taken both my doses.
