I used to be a fan of it when I was in Grade 1 and 2. Loved the s***-talking and the spectacular techniques. Now, I enjoy watching sport fighting rather than staged fights.

I was a big pro wrestling fan at one point. I got into wrestling as the nWo was catching fire in the mid-late 90s, and followed through what I now call the Glory Days, when Steve Austin and The Rock were still fresh acts.

My interest declined as WWE changed for the worse. I got so tired of Triple H always being on the screen that I quit watching Raw, I think back in '02. And I gave up on Smackdown after JBL started getting pushed.

I like independent wrestling, but for the most part, it's too slow moving for me to like entire cards. Individual matches are great.

My favorite fed is a Japanese fed called "Dragon Gate". It was formed by ex WCW wrestler Ultimo Dragon, although Ultimo isn't affiliated with the company anymore. If you remember WCW's cruiserweight division, Dragon Gate is it... only 5 times faster and, on average, far FAR better (not that Rey Mysterio Jr. and Psychosis ((most underrated wrestler ever)) couldn't be counted on to provide ***+ matches pretty much at will.

Anyway, Dragon Gate. It's really good. You can find a few of the shorter matches on Youtube.com for free viewing.

All the anouncing in DG is in Japanese, but you get used to that... I started watching WWE with the sound off during the days of the Coachman/Lita announce team on Heat, because they were so terrible.

To clarify, I don't like WWE, and I don't feel like I want to give TNA a fair chance while Jeff Jarrett is on the roster.

Shameless pro wrestling fan here! I loved Jake the Snake as a child and started watching it again around the end of nineties.

They are my two favourite wrestlers! Triple H has an awesome image and JBL is a hoot, I admit they're not the most technical wrestlers but you can't deny they know how to work a crowd!

That said, I mostly watch TNA and Ring Of Honor as the writing in WWE is appalling at the moment.

Don't get me wrong, I respect the hell out of Triple H and consider him one of the best workers in the game today. It's just that - no matter how good something is, be it a song, book, show, or wrestler - too much of it and you just don't want to see it anymore.

I hear Bradshaw's gotten good, but I quit watching before it happened.

I watch wrestling on occasion. Mostly because it's so hilarious.

And absolutely nothing beats the Undertaker :P

Also, as a side note, I want to get some of the videos of
http://www.kaiju.com
'Giant' Japanese Monsters wrestling each other.
Much of it also revolves around an evil scientist (plastic surgeon) named 'Dr. Cube'. I'm also almost certain that he is by far the most popular character.

How can you not love this?

I saw some clips, and it looks like it's actually very impressive looking. As in the fighting is about the only thing that doesn't look like it was disgustingly low budget.

Yes, I am still 11 until December, but let's stay on topic. I did like wrestling when I was about 4 years old.

Yeah I have to agree with that... It's mostly the writing / booking that's at fault, splitting the shows into two brands certainly did nothing for the variety of the booking.

Bradshaw's not much of a wrestler, they pushed him because he has great mic skills and gets so much heat from the crowd.

I'm obsessed with wrestling to this day; I love the storylines in it and Hulk Hogan is my favorite wrestler; I also think it's very funny sometimes; I like WWE the best.

I used to love wrestling, but lost interest in it around the same time the NWO came about.

Agreed. I stopped watching wrestling in grade 4. Now, I watch real fighting. K-1, Pride, UFC, Superleague Muay Thai.
