Seeing as I can't find a suitable thread to post this in I suppose I'd better start one. This thread is for the members of WP to showcase the (non-portrait) photos they have taken recently.

I'll start by posting one of my own:

Ormskirk Road/North Road/Tithebarn Street from the overhead Ringway bridge, Preston

interesting- i like the crisp textures in your photo. the subdued color palette is also curious, it has a palpably "cold" look to it. i wish there was some easy way to get the pics from my antediluvian camera onto this forum.

Can you get your photos from your memory card onto your PC? It should be fairly easy to deal with afterwards.

i still use an old 35mm pentax k1000 film camera, i use it with 400 speed film because the 1.4 lens makes the camera light-sensitive enough to where i never have to use a flash even with night scenes, i just brace the camera against a light post. no digital camera, i've found, could match that light sensitivity without a lot of unpleasant jpeg artifacts. needless to say, scanning pics is a pain.
