no matter how many times i brush my teeth a day, i try to brush atleast twice a day, my gums always bleed. how can i stop this? it hurts. also my jaw seems to be messed up and pops out of place all the time. i guess the lower half of my face is deformed or something i dont have great healthcare i have AHCCCS and im sure going to the doctor to have my jaw / gums looked at isn't a high priority.

Right fristly is the toothbrush you use is soft, and try to be less hard brushing your teeth and gum.

look at yoru diet, this can be a lack of vitamin c causing weakness in yoru connective tissue and poor gum health.
