"There are multiple reasons that this forum does not allow the deletion of accounts. If you do not wish to use your account anymore, just stop coming. If you are concerned about something you've posted and are past the time within which you can edit your own posts, you may contact a moderator (like me) with a LIMITED list of edit requests, including links to the posts you want edited and your reasons. We sometimes will do it as a favor, so ask nicely."

Please can someone delete/edit (to nothing) my posts, most can stay, and like i said, i can form a list.

Thank you

And also according to this one: http://www.wrongplanet.net/postt477.html

A change of name would solve all my problems if that was easier

314 posts is not a "limited list" and would take a lot of manpower to perform. I don't personally have the time.

Perhaps an Admin will come along and see your request for a name change. This isn't something a moderator can do.

If it's a couple of posts that eliminating would suffice, then it's doable.

As we have said, that is not something that is technologically possible for us to do.

And thats where you are wrong, ive run many message boards in the past, many different types, its a simple matter of Opening the file via FTP and edit, not rocket science, figured you guys could manage it after years of running this board

Moderators don't have access to any files. In your years running many message boards did you ever have the chance to see the difference between a Moderator and an Administrator?

Yes i know the difference, i just figured the board would be a little more security friendly. I wouldnt be asking this unless it was really important, if someone could just edit the 9999minute limit on my account if just for a day i could manually delete my own posts. I just think its very unprofessional that so many people including myself have no power to remove or edit posts made in the past

Oh and for the record, i didnt ask if a moderator could help me, i asked if Anybody could help me
