Scary/disturbing video game music

Is there any video game music that you find to be scary or disturbing?

Personally, the Royal Family Tomb theme from Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and the Looping Stairs theme from Super Mario 64 gave me nightmares when I was only a boy.

I've been playing Blood lately. It's a classic PC FPS game. Got some cool scary music that makes it really pleasant to play.

Not that scary to me, but Earthbound was awesome.

It had one of the best Final Boss Battle themes.
