Fictional character; therefore, entertaining the idea is futile.

In the films, I'd say sort of. He (Harry, not Daniel) has had so, so many socially awkward moments with, well, everyone.

Just a little bit geeky in my opinion, not aspie.

er, in the books Harry Potter does have 2 girlfriends during his schooling years, and to me he presents as an enthusiastic person. Plus I'm not really sure how enthusiasm relates to AS, unless you mean he lacks enthusiasm because he feels like he doesn't belong, but in actuality he has lots of friends at school and seems fairly popular within his own house, the times when he is stigmatized by other students are due to external factors, not his level of social skills.

To me, Harry Potter presents as a typical High School guy - except underneath that he has exceptional bravery and heart, and that's what makes him an outlier from the normal. I think this is how J.K. Rowling intended to portray him.

But the socially awkward moments are mainly due to external events outside his control, not internal factors. I think any other awkwardness presented is simply Radcliffe's interpretation of the character, and not the character as he is written. In my opinion, most of the films are terrible, and when it comes to HP I only take the books seriously, as they're the real HP.

Sorry, I feel quite strongly on this issue

Have you never read the series? Harry Potter's loneliness stems from the severe amount of abuse he got while being raised by his aunt, uncle, and cousin. Having few friends at school would be due to the fame that he as a student had and the reputation he was given before and during his time at Hogwarts. With all the craziness that follows him in the books who could blame Harry for being as distant as he is from others and the angst he has to endure? Not to mention a dark wizard who's PO'd by his failure to kill him the first time around. His girlfriend issues were also due to all the things he had to deal with. Who has time for a girlfriend when an evil dark lord of a wizard is out to kill ya?

Harry Potter only seems geeky because of the glasses. He's extremely normal. Probably alpha-normal actually.

Eh, No! Potter is most certainly not aspie.

This is a quite disturbing idea, actually. Most likely I would have run amok, killed myself or both in such a residential school environment.
