i'm not good with facial expression, and how my mouth moves.
let's just say i really don't like how my mouth moves after i see a mirror and at first don't look at it or perform or do a webcam or whatever until I catch myself and cringe. I've found that it doesn't move very widely, like i'm between talking normally but moving towards murmuring, which i think is also affecting my speech, even though it doesn't sound too shabby...but stil.
and my mom tells me i need to work on how i need to improve on how i come across to people physically and verbally, and stop leaning over when i sit or stand. go figure. i'm a basket case. bipolar on meds with a guilt complex and aspie to boot. oh well, life is life.

It sounds like your in a really tough situation. I also have a bit of a speech problem, mainly with enunciation and different vowels like th as in the, and when i say the letter s my mouth moves to the side. What i do to help me is i take speech therapy in school. It has really helped me through the years in my speaking. If your school offers speech therapy i would suggest asking your mom to try and get you speech therapy.
