Well, I do have an especially large forehead, and head...I'm sure others on the spectrum have all different sized heads though.

I have a very small head - hats are always too big unless I buy child size hats.

I have a rather large head. Most hats don't fit me, and I can't wear bandanas on it. In fact, a large head was something the doctor who diagnosed me looked for (she even took a tape measure and measured it).

As usual, it's not common among all aspies, but there are alot of us with unusual head sizes in either extreme. It's all part of an individual's "Asperger's signature."

Mine is about 23.5 in. Pretty big considering I'm a 5'7" female. That puts me in the 97 percentile for females. I wear a 7 3/8 hat. I haven't seen a female-specific hat that fits me. All of my cycling teammates can fit into a medium helmet, including the tallest guy, who's about 6'3". I needed a large helmet.

From what I have read, many autistics, AS included, start out with a larger head, and sometimes noticably larger. As they grow up though, most don't grow as fast and end up being within about 2% of normal. That is about how it has been with me. I earlier had a problem with tshirts, and HATED turtlenecks(which an uncle INSISTED on getting for my birthdays), especally since they were a hassle getting on. At least I don't believe it was actually noticable.

TODAY, I don't seem to have a big head at all, though the circumference IS about 2% above normal.

The circumference of my head is about 24.5 inches. Even large hats don't usually fit me.

I was born with an unusually large head which I still have to this day.
How this might connect with my Autism, I have no idea.... :?

Alot of spectrumites have an abnormally large head due to their neurological makeup. Current research is that the brain expands too much during development. Einstein's head was supposedly much larger than normal. Though he's only a suspected aspie, he was definitely not NT.

My head would qualify as large, yes. I own one baseball cap that I wear on rainy days, and I have to adjust it as large as it will go.

One time, while at a particularly bad doctor's office, the doctor randomly whipped out his tape measure, said I had a large head, ADD and then left the room because his cell phone rang.

...yeah. I never went back.

Funny. I am one of the most well/proportionated person in the world. The only problem is the fact i'm fat.
But i'm a former student from art school, and i used meter for see if my proportions are alike of canonic anatomical proportions (Head = 1/8 of lenght of human body) and they are.
It's a legend. I have never meet an aspie in real life (other than myself) and all aspies i have seen on TV had normal proportions.

To be precise, I'm 1,55 m and my head is about 19/20 cm of lenght.
