not me, really. sure, i appreciate our heritage but i don't like it since we get tested in chinese:(

Actually, I'm more into Japanese. (Currently my strongest interest.) :P

I know much more about it than I do 中文, and I can understand it better as well. (I can't really understand any Chinese.) I know "Ni hao", "zaijian", "zao an", "wo jiao ____"... that's about it. :lol:

麗 is the first character in my Japanese name, 麗子 (pronounced "Reiko.")

But don't get me wrong, I find Chinese very interesting as well. 8)
I might want to learn it one day.

Hi, I was born in Hong Kong and speak Cantonese. I currently live in Canada. I suck at reading Chinese though.

我是德国人，从4年以来学习中文。我的中文老师的女儿也是Aspie。她在德国生日，但是妈妈，爸爸都是中国人。

I can actually read those sentences. I've been studying some Chinese here and there on my own.
