Symptoms of autism?

I was reading on webmd about autism and was wondering about some of the symptoms such as facial expressions, and body posture. Could somone explan in greater detail what they mean exactly by that ? Do they mean that some people with autism stand funny or walk unusually and make odd facial expressions? lso what are some of the other Symptoms that were not listed. Thanks.

Don't forget that not all Aspies will have all the symptoms.
