Stranger to myself
I was discussing this yesterday night with someone, and I kind of figured that I seem to lack objectives in life. Even getting a job (part-time or for the summer) seems to be rather demanding for me because I don't even know what to write about myself on my curriculum vitae (except the basics, IE :bilinguism, honest, scholarship, etc.). I don't feel motivated at all. The only moments I feel stimulated are when I'm learning something.
Don't know what to do... ._.
I can relate to that. I have been very successful in my career but without the clear objectives, drive and ambition of typical high flyers. I even chose my career just because I had reached the limit of my ability to make my motorcycle faster. I chose to study Mechanical Engineering and developed my bike’s engine as my final year project. I almost doubled its power output. This made the bike virtually unusable because, while it had the power of a modern superbike of today, it had the frame and brakes of an early 70’s bike. It would fly but would not go around corners too well and would not stop from high speed.
Anyway, I have made progressive career moves and have done well for myself, not because I had the drive but because I have done the right things and I have been lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time. I am also not good at blowing my own trumpet or writing my own CV. Since 1988, I have applied only for my current job (OK! Somebody invited me to apply, wink wink). All of my other career moves have been through headhunting.

Don't know what to do... ._.
I feel the same way, I'm sacred to go and try for a job because I've never had one so I have no experience and I'm afraid they won't hire. My mom/uncle both said that you have to start somewhere though. Idk if that helps at all but.

Niiice. Maybe your next project is improving the frame and such for fun... OTOH it's probably cheaper to get a bigger bike.
Plenty of riders who don't have the mechanical acumen to make significant adjustments like this.
Shorter version would be: "Chance favors the prepared mind" -- Louis Pasteur [1]
[1] Apparently he spoke of it specifically with regard to observing phenomena, but it seems to hold in general.
