It's my birthday.

I am 47, had a great life until I was about 41, then the Shatner hit the fan. Now I am just employed after 3 years of underemployment, and like where I am living. So I am listening to this:

My birthday is today only until next year, and who knows when that will be!

Mine was just last week. No, it was a month ago - where does the time go?

When I was young I developed the theory that days could either start out well and go downhill from there or start out bad and improve.

Actually, I haven't come up with a better one yet, except to allow for days that stay above the "ouch" line all the way through.
