Is the average person with Aspergers taller than the average person?

I've never heard that before and have never seen support for it.

I suppose it could be true, but it'd surprise me.

I'm 5'2".

I have heard this mentioned before about people Asperger's being taller on average. But personally, I am not sure about this. I can tell you that by the time I was in the 8th grade I was 6'1". Today, as an adult, I am still 6'1". All through school I believe I was the tallest in my class. And I have Asperger's.

I'm 5' 10" which as I understand it is roughly average for Americans.

I am 5'9". The only abnormality about my height is that I continued growing until my early 20s, unlike most girls.

I don't think there is any difference. Aspies can be any height just like any human.

I am 5 '7'.

I doubt it - or it would only be a slight deviation.
I was 5'9" at last check.

Actually I'm almost certain girls can keep growing into their early 20's a lot of the time. I think it's 22 when you can say you've stopped growing for sure. Maybe 24, but 22 is more likely.

I'm 5'1 1/4 :D

I'm shorter than average for a European female.

5ft 4

That's the average height of Japanese women and one inch below the average for Chinese women.

Doubtful. I'm 5 ft 5". I grew into my 20's, though very slowly. I'm certain I've stopped growing.

I think this is like the looking young stereotype, except I've seen more younger looking people with ASD than taller than the average person.
