This had been still happening lately, but even if I get slightly peeved off, angry thoughts about what I think I could do in the future like killing someone run on my mind for one miserable hour. It really keeps me from doing any activity and I would feel like hitting myself or smacking something off the counter. I needed to get this out quickly because I have to be in town really soon. I'll explain moreover about this when I get home. I'll feel better eventually too. But I'm not sure if it's some sort of psychological disorder or not. Any advice or tips about this would be fine too.

My fiance used to get repetitive, angry thoughts, too. He swears by fish oil capsules!

That's interesting you say that, Fish oils reduce anxiety and I don't quite understand why.

I don't understand why, either. I was surprised when he told me this. I get repetitive thoughts, but they are a mixture of angry and anxious. The fish oil did not help me with that. Maybe it only works for some people.

I think you're on to something here. The anger, the repetitiveness. I can describe myself as a speck of dust on a wall, minding my own business. ... Then Something triggers the subject matter in my head, like a light switch. Someone mentions a name or place and I cry, really angry tears. Confusing Angry Tears. It usually lasts 1 hour at least.

I tend to re-live awful moments, even though they happened years ago. And I get just as upset as if it were yesterday. I hate that. Wish I could turn it off, but haven't been successful so far.

I had anger issues until I reduced the dose of my antidepressants. They don't so much make me feel better as make me feel mad! The anger subsided when I dropped to a lower dose though.
