Yeah, it is annoying. I mean, when I was working it was terrible at first.. I was so confused and it was totally understandable of others to think of me that way. I was lucky, however, that my mentor had a son who has ASD so she helped me a lot.
After a year or so, when I figured how to work and my results became outstanding, I still get the same treatment. It could mean that it's unlikely I will be promoted to a workplace that has more responsibilities.
