I don't know how it happens, but it has happened suddenly and unexpectedly. You?

limerence.. I fall out of it quick too.

I can't say, really. I've only been there twice, and each time was very different.

Yeah....I tend to fall for someone REALLY fast and then become somewhat obsessed with thoughts of them, and imagining myself with them, but if they don't like me back, then it just dies.....only if they actually LIKE me too do I start fantasizing....so yeah.

Since it did not happen yet, I can only assume that I either:
a) take much longer than usual to fall in love or;
b) fall in love and get over it so fast that even I do not realize.

Of course, the latter was only a bad joke.

No. It took me over 1.5 years of being with someone to really fall in love.
& it's only happened the once.

If you "fall in love" with someone really quickly, that usually is not love. There are exceptions to this, but most of the time, it's just lust.

In the past it has taken me years to have strong bonds and love for another person.

This time however is differant. I am in love so much it is a physical pain. I realised he was more then a friend within a few weeks. It was full on and intence.

I get crushes really easely. Think a guy is cute and attractive, get butterflies. But actualy inlove, hell no. It's hard as hell for me to fall inlove. I've only been inlove twice. Both times it happened really fast. Just, bam. Crazy.

I fall in love as I get to know the person & get close to them. It took a few months the 1st time but but the 2nd time was a bit quicker; I think the 2nd time was faster because I wasn't as scared to get close as I was the 1st time so I allowed myself to get closer faster. We were chatting quite a lot most everyday both times & it would not of been as fast if we weren't chatting as much.
Actually there was a 3rd time I fell in love but the situation was very unique. It was a celebrity. I just admired here in begging & it turned into a crush after a while & I started becoming obsessed as the crush got stronger. It turned into some feelings of love as the crush obsession got a lot stronger but it was a very gradual thing

I was with my ex husband for over 15 years and never fell in love with him. I was with my ex boyfriend for 2.5 months and fell hard although someone on here said it was limerence. I think it's love though.

Love is confusing, and it hurts when you're not loved back. I wish falling out of love was quicker than falling in. It usually takes me longer to get over someone than it did to fall for them.

sometimes, it depends on the girl, most of the time its just a crush but 3 times i felt more than that im currently in the 3rd time

Asp-Z is right again. I assume that since some of us haven't had the best luck with dating we get attached quickly because we assume we won't come across the same opportunity again.
