Yesterday, I tried getting on to Wrongplanet and it came up with 500 internal server error. Why was that?

It kept doing that yesterday, until I thought "Let's try tomorrow (today in other words) and now its fixed.

Any reason with that problem?

I see the posts and I guess no one else got the problem, I could be wrong though.

I am still having problems today. Yesterday I couldn't even get here, but today I can get here but can't get into the chatroom. I sent a few pm's asking if I was banned or something and haven't gotten an answer either way. I thought maybe it was just me but now I see that others are having the same problem. I think someone has given us the plague.

500 is an automatic SQL server error. It think it has something to do with database querying? It's been a long time since I worked on SQL.

About 4 hours ago (5:55 a.m.), I got knocked off WP. When I tried to get the page/site agin, it showed me this instead: "There seems to be a problem with the MySQL server, sorry for the inconvenience. We should be back shortly."
Has the new, larger capacity server been put into place (I don't understand these things at all) ? Hope this problem decreases once that improvement has been made.

Basically, it's all the same, but it's a different sever that makes the site run smoother?
