My name is Shelly. I am the mother of an 11-year-old daughter with possible Asperger's Syndrome. She was diagnosed with PDD-NOS and then Autism at younger ages. Now, it seems the diagnosis may change again. Well somewhat since they all fall under the Autism Spectrum. I'm just doing the best I can for her and feel like I'm fighting an uphill battle against the school system. I hope to learn as much as I can from all of you.
I've read every book I can get my hands on. Now, I just want to talk to people who experience this everyday. Looking forward to getting to know you all!
