i realy like racing cars (as well as my extreme obsession for nintendo, super mario, legend of zelda, nintendo collecting i own over 20 nintendo systems (multiples of some) etc . )

i like racing in most ways games toys.

i play quite a few racing videogame, vrally 3 and mario kart are favorite, i like virtual racing types like at the namco funscape arcade there is massive sega pay to play arcade racing cars of outrun, the seats move around and the wheel can jitter when on rough surface.

i got a scalectric set with little cars i love to play that and just watch them go around and around ad sometimes fly of the track that is also fun

i guess its a autism thing, i have no idea.

I used to have that too when I was a kid, my laziness made me grow out of it.

Well, I don't think it's quite an autism thing, as lots of people tend to like that, just not usually girls. I mean that's why such games and toys are made.

It's a bit of a hard game, but really look into the Forza games for Xbox, and if you can't get those, get Gran Turismo for Playstation. Those are simulation games, where you can control almost everything on the car, down to tire pressure, spring rates, shocks, etc. Also, you can upgrade cars and make them super powerful. You can make a 100hp Honda Civic into a 600hp Civic if you so choose to, it's so so fun. I've logged thousands and thousands of hours on such simulation racing games. By the way, Forza 3 and 4 are REALLY realistic, I own a real Celica Supra and used it in the game, and it's surprisingly a good simulation. That and you also see the dashboard and out of the windows like out of a real car, like this:Image

For a less simulation of a game, the Project Gotham games for Xbox for me are fun.

But yeah, you're not alone in your race car obsession, there's a rather large group of people that like it. In the future, once you learn to drive, you can even fairly easily get into real life racing, not like, on TV, but drift racing isn't too hard to break into. You need a $1000 car and about another thousand in upgrades. For less money, you can do autocross racing, not against other cars, but you can use a lower powered regular car on a slalom course with cones, like this: http://www.myrideisme.com/Blog/wp-conte ... -nats1.JPG But, even if you're too young to get a license, you can still do gokart racing now, again, if you got the money to pursue it. My point is, if you really like racing and race cars, there's a lot you can do with that.

So yeah, cars, awesome! Me personally, I'm more into the mechanics of cars than actually driving them, simply because my reflexes and whatnot aren't that good, but I LOVE cars. By the way, my friend with Aspergers loves cars and racing games, too, I've known him forever, before my diagnosis. Unfortunately, the types of Aspies that love cars don't frequent boards like this it seems, as they're too busy not caring about AS and working on their cars, haha.

i cant play compicated racing im not that clever.
i did have project racing for my brothers xbox but i lost the game and dont realy feel like buying it again cos the cables for the old xbob are all over and missing.

Yep, that was Forza 3. Oh well, in time, you never really know. I myself personally can't get into the arcadey racers as much. For me, it's more the obsessional level of control I have over cars and how they act in Forza, changing gear ratios, spring rates, all that stuff, I actually never even race in that game unless I want money for my cars, then I'll buy the stuff I want for my cars, and just drive around whatever track alone I want, and beat my lap times.

I also love racing cars. Back in the days when I was into video games, my mum looked through all of my video games and said, "They're all racing games. Don't you have any other games?" Those were the days. :)
