Wish me luck!
I've been talking to him online for a while, and finally we're going to meet! I'm obviously going to take safety precautions, but I think he's a good guy (and a fellow geek!) We're meeting at a kid's arcade, which is perfect for us.

Would you like to tell us about it? What's the wee fella like? What did you do? Did you win any games? And so on and so forth. :)

*smiles* Sorry, I was a little sleepy from the sugar crash when I got home. It went super well, I apparently got super rusty at the games because he beat me a bunch of times with the ones that actually required skill. The ones with luck though I beat him, and overall got the most tickets. He was super nice, and he paid for my tokens :) ($10 is a lot, especially for somebody who's in school!) I got a bunch of candy with my tickets :)
We ate lunch at the Midway food thing, I wanted to have poutine and I wanted the first date to not be too awkward. It was pretty good actually, and the casual atmosphere made it easier for all the laughing to blend into the noise :)

So, overall, everything went... super, then? ;)

Sounds likely a lovely chap. :)

Poutine? Had it once (in Canada, actually, four years ago)...

It's one of my guilty pleasure favourites :P I usually put a ton of ketchup on it too XD No green onions or lettuce or whatever is on yours though 0_o I thought the gravy was a little watery this time, so I just put some extra ketchup to thicken it up XD
He is lovely, and is super interested :) And what's great is that because he's a little shy, my accidental bossiness (one of my Autistic traits that still flares up sometimes) doesn't bug him :) And his best friend has Aspergers, so he knows how I can take things literally and is mindful of that :)

WTf is that, it looks so gross.

I prefer to stick to my raw (lamb) meat national dish.
