i am not working at the moment cause finding a job is hard for me.

more too the point is 'loneliness' really that bad for mental and physical heatlh? for example on weekdays i might see my brother during the day when he is a at home and see my parents for a few hours after they come back from work and also i would interact with my parents for most of the day on the weekends. i also regurley see my friendship group on fridays or saturdays.

is seeing my friends once or maybe twice (rarely) a week not good enough for my overall well being?

The effect of your mentality on your physical well-being is mainly about how well you manage stress. If you are really bothered about not having as much social contact you would like to have, then it can have negative effects on your health (especially if you don't workout/play a sport). But if you are not getting stressed out about it then as long as you eat fairly well and are relatively active, you should be healthy.

To overcome that state of mind, try changing your lifestyle. Eat healthy foods, regular exercise and have fun with your family and then after that, try to find jobs that suits your skills or talent.

I completely agree with this. Loneliness in itself is not bad for your health, only stress, sadness and depression is. In my experience, company can be a lot more stressful than solitude.
