Following on from my release of the RAADS-R test, I have been working on a site dedicated to a AS related tests. You can find the site here. Currently most of the tests are web based versions of tests created by the Autism Research Centre. Currently I have the following:

Ritvo Autism Asperger Diagnostic Scale-Revised
Friendship quotient (FQ)
Reading the mind in films
The Cambridge Mindreading Face-Voice Battery
The Autism Quotient

I will be adding the more common tests such as EQ and SQ as well as any others I can legally use. Once the site has been in operation for a while and built up a reasonable data set I'll start adding graphs to display the data instead of the rather confusing averages I have at the moment.

Currently the site is a bit bare so any suggestions for layout would be appreciated. Also let me know if you find any bugs. The video/audio player was a bit troublesome but I think I have it working for most browsers now. Give it a whirl and see what you think. Any feedback would be welcome.

This site is a great idea. I tried out the RAADS-R test and it worked with no apparent bugs.

The button to enter your info and begin the tests was beneath the screen on my browser at my preferred display resolution of 1024x768. I couldn't scroll down to it, nor could I click it.

That is odd. I'm not doing anything clever on that page. What browser and what operating system are you using? It may take me a few hours to respond - it's early morning now and I really need some sleep...

Looks interesting, but I don't want to create an account.

Very interesting site. Thank you for sharing.
The Voice task for the Face-Voice test froze on me once; the problem was absolved after restarting the test.
On the Reading the Mind In Film quiz, the videos would sometimes freeze and unfreeze.
(I am using Firefox, if that interests you).
Other than the above, everything appears to be working fine. :)

Reading the mind in films

My result: Test taken on 13 April 2012: You scored 10.0 out of 22 in 10.8 seconds

The average score for males with ASD is 10.9 out of 22 in 6.7 seconds
The average score for females with ASD is 12.6 out of 22 in 4.0 seconds
The average score for males with suspected ASD is 17.0 out of 22 in 5.4 seconds
The average score for females with suspected ASD is 15.0 out of 22 in 8.0 seconds
The average score for male neurotypicals is 15.6 out of 22 in 4.0 seconds
The average score for female neurotypicals is 15.6 out of 22 in 4.0 seconds

I am terrible, i know.

Reading the Mind in Films:

Test taken on 14 April 2012: You scored 9.0 out of 22 in 9.4 seconds

The average score for males with ASD is 10.9 out of 22 in 6.7 seconds
The average score for females with ASD is 12.6 out of 22 in 4.0 seconds
The average score for males with suspected ASD is 13.5 out of 22 in 6.2 seconds
The average score for females with suspected ASD is 13.0 out of 22 in 8.4 seconds
The average score for male neurotypicals is 15.6 out of 22 in 4.0 seconds
The average score for female neurotypicals is 15.6 out of 22 in 4.0 seconds

What does this result mean? I don't really understand it. Was I only right on 9 of them? I thought I was doing really well!

(I'm in the category "Females with suspected ASD")

Creating an account is optional. You only need to fill in the first half of the form to take the tests.

That could be a network delay issue. Do you normally have any issues with YouTube and similar videos? I'm not that happy with the video player and I'm looking for a better way of doing the videos.

That is really weird. I did most of my testing with Firefox.

Yes. You only got 9 right.

Could you please tell me where is the test?

I took the Cambridge Mindreading Face-Voice battery. That was...confusing. I thought I got more right than I apparently did:

Quote:
Test taken on 14 April 2012: You scored 41.0% in 9.7 seconds. Faces: 34.0% Voices: 48.0%

The average score for males with ASD is 57.4% in 7.4 seconds. Faces: 57.4% Voices: 57.4%
The average score for females with ASD is 49.2% in 8.6 seconds. Faces: 45.7% Voices: 52.7%
The average score for males with suspected ASD is 64.3% in 9.9 seconds. Faces: 71.3% Voices: 57.3%
The average score for females with suspected ASD is 80.3% in 8.7 seconds. Faces: 76.0% Voices: 84.7%
The average score for male neurotypicals is 71.1% in 7.4 seconds. Faces: 71.1% Voices: 71.1%
The average score for female neurotypicals is 71.1% in 7.4 seconds. Faces: 71.1% Voices: 71.1%

And then the Reading the mind in film:

Quote:
Test taken on 14 April 2012: You scored 4.0 out of 22 in 5.6 seconds

The average score for males with ASD is 10.9 out of 22 in 6.7 seconds
The average score for females with ASD is 8.3 out of 22 in 4.8 seconds
The average score for males with suspected ASD is 12.4 out of 22 in 9.3 seconds
The average score for females with suspected ASD is 13.2 out of 22 in 8.0 seconds
The average score for male neurotypicals is 15.6 out of 22 in 4.0 seconds
The average score for female neurotypicals is 15.6 out of 22 in 4.0 seconds

The Friendship quotient:

Quote:
Test taken by you on 14 April 2012: your score was: 27.0 out of 140

The average score for males with ASD: 73.0 out of 140
The average score for females with ASD: 27.0 out of 140
The average score for males with suspected ASD: 44.2 out of 140
The average score for females with suspected ASD: 48.0 out of 140

For the RAADS-R: 204.0 (threshold 65.0, average 167.5)

Averages are for females with ASD.

Quote:
Language: 17.0 (threshold 4.0, average 13.5)
Social Relatedness: 89.0 (threshold 31.0, average 77.0)
Sensory/Motor: 56.0 (threshold 16.0, average 42.5)
Circumscribed Interests: 42.0 (threshold 15.0, average 34.7)

I've taken the FQ and RAADS-R in the past, so I knew where I'd end up.

I was surprised at how low my scores were on the other two - the mindreading tests.

Click on this link.

For some reason links don't seem to show up very well in WP.

Some people use bold or underline or both tags to make links stand out more, like I just did.
