Just a general question. Feel free to post any details.

Me personally, I can sort of sing. But I waver between being in tune and being completely tone deaf.

Yes, and I have a very good soprano-baritone range. Not sure how many octaves though.

I use my diaphragm, throat, and head voice, and can do screams, growls (my low ones are vicious), singing and rapping (but I don't do it unless the song already has it in there.)

I range from not bad to horrible. TBH, when I'm singing well I notice it, and it always comes as a surprise. I sometimes think that being able to sing the right notes is related to my cognitive functioning, and that's why it changes so often - not that I understand why it fluctuates so much.

Please elaborate, curious what you mean by "cognitive functioning." I just have issues using the right style of vocals to emote best at times.

Well, personally, to me I sing bad if I'm in an 'off' mood or if I don't really concentrate on singing because my mind is somewhere else. It was actually easier for me as a teenager to understand how I'm doing on a day by seeing how well I can hit the right notes. Strange, really.

I put 'Sort of' in the poll. I do sing, and I like it but nobody else does, except my last hamster. So I used to sing to him sometimes, but it wouldn't be fair to inflict it on anyone else!

I love singing. I'm sort of good, but not spectacular or anything.

I have about a 3 1/2 octave range. 4 octaves on a really good day.

No. I think I like it, but every time that I sing, someone thinks I am in pain. That speaks for itself. :/

I sang in a church choir for years, and I still love to sing. Actual ability though... depends on who you ask.

I try to sing sometimes, but I usually stop when my ears start to bleed. Not that I wouldn't absolutely love to be able to, but I just don't think it's going to happen lol.

i'm a pretty decent singer myself, my intonation and vocal range exeeds most of the people i know, actually, my range exeeds the total range of all people i know combined.
i can growl lower then the deep-voiced metalband singers i know, yet i can scream higher then girls meeting justin beiber, all without putting any strain on my voice

I've been told I can, and I've performed in pantomimes and shows in my local area. Never had a lesson.
