For someone who considers himself left-libertarian, I thought I'd be a lot farther in both directions...

Ha. It says I'm more of a leftist than Jose Zapatero, but I identify as a conservative -and that's by American standards- and would oppose most of Zapatero's major decisions. Whoever put together the chart that the OP posted with world leader's believed positions is way off.

this thing is so flawed. and the discrepancy between anarchism and communism is wrong and demonstrates limited understanding of either. anything that assumes stalin, mao, mugabe and the pope are anywhere left must be flawed. but im still glad mine registers so far left/down i almost fall off the page. no idea how photos are attached.

They have to be saved on comp & uploaded to an image hosting site like PhotoBucket

Apparently I'm fairly left-libertarian, just like I thought. Although the word "libertarian" has been compromised, so it might be less misleading to say left-anarchist.

Some of the questions seemed so clear to me that I cannot even imagine anybody leaning the other way. One of them was "corporations will not voluntarily protect the environment". Um, duh?

Ah! Ok, now I understand why my results seem so far off... This test was written in the U.K. All of these labels (especially libertarian) have a different meaning here in the U.S.

Political compasses are notoriously useless as navigational tools

Yeah, I'd never staple myself to one of these lables, and some of these seem so obvious, such as the homosexual one, and the pride in your country even though you don't choose where you're born. xD
