Yup, I'm an artist~ I have been drawing since the age of 6, but have shown hints of artistic talent before I started making actual pictures. Although the work I am showing doesn't contain color, I love colors as well. In fact, I used to waste a lot of the ink in markers and pens when I was little, just because I wanted to get some nice, rich colors on paper. As for a future career, I want to become a comic book author. I know, you're probably wondering "How is that girl going to put food on her own table!?" The truth is, that's not exactly what I'm aiming for. While it would be nice to get food on the table, I just want a job that I would be able to put my passion and interest into. And I love cartoons, comics, and stories, so that's pretty much what came to mind. But I'm rambling, so I'll just get right to posting.

That's an area in my school that I drew for a project. It's the school's news station (well half of it, at least.) The only material I used was a ballpoint pen as it was a requirement of the project, but I realize that I could have used a ruler too. XD This took me about a week and a half, plus I killed 4 pens in the process. This was also put in an art show at the local library in my area, without me knowing until the day after. XD

It's on my icon too, I just happen to love how this came out since I only used parts of other people's faces as reference. This took about 2 days, but I had many breaks in between.

No, I am not Catholic. (I believe in something, I'm just not sure what.) I just happened to own that necklace at the time, and wanted to draw my hand for some reason Plus the cross looks pretty cool in my opinion. My hand also looked plain without it, so the necklace did make a good addition. Edited this on SAI to add the blending/smudge effect.
