I have just finished reading, "Aspergirls" by Rudy Simone. While I find it to be a book that I can relate to, I didn't find it particularly helpful in terms of 'Empowering Females with Asperger Syndrome', which is what is stated on the book cover. I have also read, "Asperger's and Girls" by Tony Attwood, which also hasn't been helpful, in terms of self-help.
My question is: Have you read any self-help books, specifically for AS, that has been helpful to you? If so, what are they?

Nick Dubin. Asperger Syndrome and Anxiety: A Guide to Successful Stress Management . Kindle Edition.
Just finished the first read, and have found it very helpful. For me, anxiety is at the core of my AS related issues -- this book has already been more helpful with anxiety than any other anxiety book I've read.

Also an interesting read. provided some fascinating insights into NT behavior!
