A Noobie

Hi I am a Noobie to Wrong Planet and while I don't have an official diagnosis of Asperger's Syndrome the online test indicated that I have a lot of the symptoms of it. Also my sister has suggested that I might be an Aspie. My reaction is that I always knew there was something different and/or odd about me~that I have always been out of synchronization with other people who often gave and still do give me strange looks. You know what If other people don't like me or the way I think it is THEIR problem and not mine! I am who and what I am and I spent too many years seeking acceptance, trying to fit in with those who don't understand....so I have landed here on Wrong Planet and hope this is the Right Planet to orbit in to find other like minded folks who also think not just outside the box but way beyond it in some sort of colorful brilliant but opaque Twilight Zone. Oh yeah, I like some odd stuff, too like Screws and Bolts, I actually have a collection of those! I like Steampunk, Robots, Writing Stories, Drawing portraits, Fantasy, Science~Fiction, Cats, I own several. I enjoy Scrambled words, Libraries, Bookstores Antique Shops.....ecetera.......! !! !! ! If you want to know more just ask and I might tell you. Laugh~Out~Loud!! !! !! :D

I never did figure out how to blend in, and finally stopped my feeble attempts. It wasn't worth the additional stress it caused. You are among friends here at WP!

When I was orbiting around this Space station and reading some of the posts I had a strong sense Wrong planet was right for me and that I would be among like minded Creative folks who understand odd passions and thought patterns. Isn't it odd how we understand the average minds of Neuro typicals but they can not comprehend the twists and turns of our mindsets? Laugh~Out~Loud!! ! And yes I have a photo of one of my cats I will definite upload for all us cat lovers to go Aw~w~w~w so~o~o Sweet and enjoy. My other cats are somewhat camera shy but when I can get a good photo of them I will post their Adorableness as well. Stay tuned or unfocused! [i]
