I own a workbook called "Living Well on the Spectrum" by Valerie L. Gaus. It's pretty good, it basically suggests ways of coping and organizing your priorities and helping you out in certain situations by doing different execises in the workbook. I bought it at my local Chapters in the Medical Disorder section. You can also check in the Parenting section under Childhood Disorders as well, sometimes they put books for grownups with AS there as well.
Thanks, it looks like I can order this on Amazon. I didn't realize that there were so many self-help books available, this is great!
