If given the oppurtunity I am able to make friends as though I had better social skills than someone without a disability.
However, I don't trust anyone. I find that people who are socially disadvantage without a disability seem socially disabled
in some way. With a disability, why even try.

You've come to the wrong place if you want friends. Everyone just listens to what you have to say long enough to figure out what your "obsession" is, then if it doesn't match their criteria, without warning they will just ignore you. At least that's been my luck, and friends don't just fall in your lap. You'll have to leave your basement for that one, and I enjoy my basement.. If you're a girl however, you might have more luck as this forum is full of guys who are lonely and are willing to put up with you. Then you'll see that everyone is so nice to you and you'll have lots of "friends".
