When you are on the computer how often are you spent staring at the screen?
For me I am often on the computer for an aevrage of 8-15 hours a day. After that I spend the rest of my time sleeping or hangin out with parents. I only get about 2 30 minute breaks when I walk the dogs and that is just about it.

I'm practically always on my computer, and the majority of my time is generally spent in the exact spot I'm sitting in right now. Most of the time I'm just checking possible email, watching videos on youtube, or watching something on netflix... I'm boring...

I'm only on the computer when I am conscious and not at work, so around 8-15 hours a day....just like the OP.

My eyes are glued nonstop to my monitor to the point where I may as well question if an outside world even exists.

This sounds like me too. I am on my computer pretty much all day, barring breaks for hygiene matters, food, and going to class. And most of the time I really am not doing much of anything. Constantly checking my e-mail and the same websites over and over even though not enough time has passed usually for anything new to be posted. I used to play games a lot, but not so much anymore. Now I am just boring.

Also, if you are at a restaurant, or anywhere with a TV on in the background, do you get distracted by them too? It doesn't even matter whats showing, its usually sports in restaurants and even when its ones I don't care about(I only follow Baseball) I still find myself staring at the TV on the wall.

Let me put it to you this way: the only times I'm not on the computer (besides the mandatory eating/using the restroom/showering/sleeping) are if I'm visiting with family or outside running. I don't even really explore the web; just keep refreshing the same websites over and over.

At least 60% of the day. If I'm not on the computer, I'm staring at the TV.

If I'm not at school, or doing homework, or cooking/eating, I am on my computer.
