I always walk much, I walk around the table and in circles looking down my feet when thinking or when I don't know what to do, my parents often say to stop it because I look crazy, but many times I do it unconsciously.

I think it takes daily at least 2 hours of my day! Do you?

None at all. I have very little energy and spend most of the time I am not working in bed.

I used to walk up and down the corridor, in patterns or follow the wall. I would get angry if my thought pattern was interrupted. Now I don't tend to do it as much. I hide it in other forms when I'm at work on lunch and avoid it at home.

I tend to do this a lot. xD

My house is kind of small (In addition to my three NT siblings) so I end up doing most of my walking around during school. Generally, I end up finding a central object of the room, and just walking around it while listening to my music.

Aside from that, at home, I just spin in my spinny chair :D

As I'm a grown-up, I can walk all that I want (and all that my feet can endure) outside.
Feels much better.

But then, fall on the couch too.

I hate sitting/standing still, I've really got to use my feet. If I'm sitting down, I usually don't spin around because I am at a task, but I will spin a little bit while doing all sorts of things with my feet, as long as I can still see the computer screen. When standing I either have to walk in circles or sit down, because I find my feet hurt. I don't think that is physical though, I think it's just me being anxious and pain=anxiety etc.

Especially when I'm on the phone, or have other audio stimulus such as music, I walk in circles around a focal point.

I walk a lot inside and outside. I don't feel well if I don't. Even while reading I walk through the house if possible :)

There needs to be some kind of fraction in my sheltered, uninteresting, quiet life for that to happen. And that is not the case atm, at all :P I just chill out all day.

On account of my leg, not terribly much. I'd like to be able to spend more time on my feet without my left leg feeling like it's going to shatter.

I go for long walks outdoors, usually in the dark. But, I do walk around and around and around my kitchen. Sometimes I follow the tiles and other times I am following my thoughts alone. If I am on the phone, I pace.

Literally less than one percent of the time at home I'm actually on my feet. Maybe a total of five minutes in a day. I pretty much use my wheelchair to do anything anymore.

I pace when I am having cognitive trouble doing something I need to do (shower, clean, get out of the house, etc.). Humming helps me overcome this.

I am a chronic, lifetime pacer. So many people have told me that they get annoyed at the sound of me pacing through the house or wherever.

A lot of the time I do it to burn off whatever emotional energy I have, or to think through a problem or remember something.

Last time I visited, my friend was concerned that I would have enough space to pace (hey, that rhymes!) and walk around near where I slept. Which was sweet of her, but I didn't realize I paced that much. 8O

I pace a lot inside and take walks in the countryside.
