I don't think i'm the only person who feels this but no one i know really understands the feeling i get a lot. i guess i would describe it as being uncomfortable but not just sensory. It kind of feels like i'm in the wrong place or something but it's really hard to explain. I used to feel that way whenever i wasn't somewhere familiar, but i still feel it when i'm at home and i'm perfectly safe and comfortable otherwise. Does that make any sense? probably not : p Anyways do any of you feel the same way?

i do not know if i relate to this, but i will share my thoughts.

to me it is like an old video game. i am not referring to derealization exactly, but i find myself moving about my flat as though it is simply the place i find myself back in after i die and have to start the level over.
