Michael Telo - Ai Se Eu Te Pego
David Deejay - Perfect Two
Livia Hudor - Sweet Love
Thaya - Tonight
Pretty much all Romanian house music I've heard. Never heard a depressing Romanian house song.

Eurobeat in general, too, especially like the stuff on Euromach albums.
Baby Gold - Kiss Me Kiss Me
Francis Cooper - Turbo Night
Nikita Jr. - Dancing in the Jungle

Lastly, J-Pop from anime. Like anime openings and endings. Especially Patlabor for some reason.
Patlabor - Ai Wo Nemurasenaide (Don't Let Love Sleep)
Patlabor - Condition Green
I like anime songs because they're always like, motivational, and say things like "Don't give up on your dreams" and stuff.
Outlaw Star - Through the Night

So that's pretty much the type of music that makes me happy. I'm quite simpleminded musicwise I guess.

OH! I also forgot the J-Pop group Perfume. Love Perfume. Perfume is like super happy music. Love love love Perfume.
Perfume - Nee
Perfume - One Room Disco
Perfume - Polyrhythm

Yo Knives, it may not be Eurodance or house, but there's this new Swedish singer who makes electropop that I've been listening to, called Alina Devecerski, and I was wondering what you might think of her music. Admittedly, most of her songs wouldn't fit as 'happy' music exactly, though it's all upbeat, I'd sooner describe it as 'sassy' or 'bratty', but here's the title song off her debut album Maraton, which counts as a 'happy' song:

You should really check out her single from earlier this year, too, it's called Flytta På Dej. You're gonna have to Youtube-search for it on your own, as it doesn't fit the thread topic (the song is about a guy who's buggin'), but I think it's a neat enough club banger.
