Avengers Assemble Cartoon Series

Is this new cartoon series suppose to be a sort of sequel to The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes cartoon, like how Ben 10: Alien Force is a sequel to the original Ben 10 series or is it like another reboot like the Ultimate Spider-man cartoon.

As far as I know, yes.

I think this show is very funny!
I like the episode where they became green like the Hulk. I liked the part of the episode where Captain America said that he ate all of the Pizza Bagels in the freezer and Hawkeye shouts, "PIZZA BAGELS!"

It's a reboot. It doesn't carry any of the continuity established in EMH into its own storyline. You could view it as an adaptation of the Marvel Cinematic Universe incarnation of the Avengers. A loose continuity is maintained between Assemble, Agents of SMASH, and Ultimate Spider-Man, but it's not all that important.
