Well for 19 years i've been trying to find people that I could relate to and i've finally found it. Just reading most of these intro biographies, it's hard not to smile.
Personally i've always been a fast learning and always craved the compliments of other people. Naturally I would learn everything at a quick pace and give no time for anything to sink in. After a few days, the material would be forgotten. Throughout elementary school, I was on almost every team, not really my choice as I was always recruited. Classes were boring even though I received great marks. There was really nothing that I was really interested in.
In high school I defaulted to science and math because it was the engineering path. Engineering is in demand and money was king. I also had pectus excavatum, which was repaired in my grade 11 year. Having a month off really got me addicted to being lazy. Being the kid that was never allowed to go outside, I rebelled horribly around grade 12. Working full time, no school, no sleep, always out smoking or doing other stupid things. When I wasn't at school I would be working on my car the entire night. I must have taken that thing apart countless times. After I flunked out of school and went into severe depression. A few months I finished the diploma but one year was wasted.
Now, i'm flunking engineering college. It's just not interesting. My social skills are horrendous but I currently have a loving girlfriend who was given me second sight. It's hard to say why she even stays with a parasite like me, but apparently my eyes speak for themselves. I've always had an interest in computers and am learning programming to study for college. My social skills are improving slightly, just everything seems to be heading my way it seems. It's nice to be here!
