I've always had troubles with hand-eye co-ordination. I didn't learn to tie my shoes until I was 15 and I took a lot longer to learn to catch or hit a baseball. For some reason skating wasn't as difficult but I worked at it.

I can normally be clumsy but now it's getting ridiculous.

Is this temporary? Is this a regression? Is it brain damage from the times I've been frustrated enough to slam the door on my head repeatedly or the time I overdosed on Seroquel? What about my intentional sleep deprivation? That probably wasn't good for me either?

Is my AS regressing specifically with motor function? Have I sustained brain damage?

I'm bumping into things daily and my normal clumsiness has gotten more extreme than normal.

What is it?

Hi, as an aspie I understand you ask here, but I would say, honestly, go to your neurologist. Or family doctor at least. It could be nothing, stress, tiredness, life in general, etc, or it could actually be something there to check and treat. As a doctor I would tell you, there is no way to diagnose online, since I need to make a full neuro clinical check up, and take all your info in context. If this is something that is bothering you, take some action. Good luck with it.

Have you recently grown taller or heavier? Teens who have just grown spend some time being clumsy until their brain/body has adjusted. And of course, not getting enough sleep will screw up your co-ordination.

But, the previous post makes a very important suggestion.
